Keep in mind when you work out well you transform fat into muscle, so while the scale won't always reflect the effort you are stronger and healthier and fat loss will continue to follow because your body will store less. I think you know my last Dew was at your Christmas party so I am now 25 Day Dewfeee! And have lost a lot of weight, but now I need to improve on the excersize.
