Not Givin' Up

My WW update this week is that I gained 2.0 pounds. I'm not sure how or why, but I did. On the way home I popped in an old Bryan Duncan CD. He is a Christian artist I have liked since I was 11. This song came on and really encouraged me after my bad weigh-in.

Melissa, Keep up the good work.. I was on WW. and did great and got off track a couple weeks. But just hope back on the band wagon, you will do great. I'm starting tomorrow eating only 800 calories a day. My friend did that and lost 22 calories in a month. 100-300 calories only between breakfast and lunch. I thought i would die, but i am going to give it a shot.

One important thing to remember is that muscle weights more than fat. As you lose weight and your body begins to adjust itself you will find that muscles will begin to be called upon more and more as they become leaner and more toned. This can be a reason for increased weight.
