I started losing weight in 2008 and over the next two years lost 106 pounds. In 2010 my life changed when I got diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. Over the next two years I gained back 100 pounds. I'm taking my life back. Today is the first day of the rest of my life. Today is my fresh start and it can be yours too.

That my dear friend is insane. Those patties looked so so good though. Smart (I guess) marketing, but the guy is right. It will kill ya. Thanks for the videos. i wish i could put some vids into my blog.
We have an office out in Arizona, I'm not going to lie, I've heard nothing but good things from coworkers out there about that place....ha.
It will be a place I stop at if I ever complete Ironman Arizona.
