Here is my other favorite:
I started losing weight in 2008 and over the next two years lost 106 pounds. In 2010 my life changed when I got diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. Over the next two years I gained back 100 pounds. I'm taking my life back. Today is the first day of the rest of my life. Today is my fresh start and it can be yours too.

neither one did much for me. i kinda liked the dancing gecko lizard things though.
I liked the one where Charles Barkley finally lets Dwyane Wade into his five. And the follow your heart one was pretty good, too. We also liked the baby E-trade ads, especially the one where he bought a clown: "I underestimated its creepiness." We cracked up at that one.
