Weight Watchers

I have not been to weight watchers in a looong time and I went yesterday. All I can say is UGH!! I went up 3.8 pounds. I'm at 11 pounds lost. I cannot look back and dwell on anything because I will get too down. It's a new week. I'm journaling what I eat and working out. The only way my weight is going from now on is down.

Here is to a new day! The lbs could be muscle from all the swimming, biking, and running you've been doing for your b-day goal. :)

Keep up the great work. Focus on today, not yesterday, you can't go back and change can only move forward.

I have been recording every morsel I eat as well for the past two weeks in it is free and it is tedious to enter in the food you eat, but so worth it to see where the little changes can be made.

Hi there.....I'm catching up on your blogs here and just wanted to say what I see someone else just told you.

Muscle weighs're bound to gain and drop as this goes on. I've watched Dr. Phil say many times....throw away your scales! Measure your size by the way your clothes fit...and nothing else matters!

I don't own a scale. When the clothes start feeling snug....time to do something. When they begin to feel looser....then time to rejoice that I'm doing something right!!

You're doing an amazing job! Thanks so much for thinking of my sweet boy and all his angel friends during this journey you're on. You rock!!!
